INGREDIENTS

 

-          1 sheet puff pastry

-          1 handful cherry tomatoes

-          1 handful Kalamata olive

-          2 tablespoon kale and basil pesto

-          2,5 oz. cheddar cheese

-          1 tablespoon pine nuts

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Preheat oven at 300 F and line a baking sheet
Place pastry sheet on baking tray, fork the pastry all over the center of the pastry
Spread the pesto over the center of the tart, top with tomatoes, olives and top with grated cheese, top with pine nuts
Bake for 20 minutes, remove and serve
