 Quesadillas with delicious grilled vegetables

Ingredients for 4 persons

       8 tortillas

       1 zucchini

       2 red peppers

       1 red onion

       100 g of feta

       Pepper and salt

       Olive oil

Preparation

Chop the zucchini in thin strips with a cheese slicer.
Cut the peppers into strips and the red onion into half rings.
Fry, grill or fry the vegetables briefly in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Now set it aside.
Warm a dry pan to your gas burner. Put a pack in the pan.
Cover with some zucchini, peppers and onions and crumble one quarter of the feta over the pack.
Lay the other roll on top and let it warm up at low heat.
Let the quesadilla slide on a plate and then put it back in the pan.
Warm the floor briefly.
Cut quesadilla into quarters and serve immediately.

                     You can eat a salad with it.
                     In the fast way, put the raw vegetables in between and prepare in the same way.
