I was born in Italy in a little city near Rome, but since I was 7 months old I started traveling the world. I lived 4 years in South America where I learned Spanish, and more recently I had the opportunity to study abroad in Japan for one year. 

I have a BA in Intercultural Studies and an MA in Humanities, I studied mainly Japanese and English language and literature, but also Anthropology and History. 

I have also followed a course in Editorial Translation and in Translation for children and Young Adults. 

When I was in High School I wanted to be a writer, this dream evolved during my university years and now my desire is to give an Italian voice to my favorite foreign authors.  I'm only at the beginning and I still have a long way to go but I feel like I'm on the right path. I hope that working with authors on Babelcube will help me with my career as a translator.
